Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid to the School (including annual fees, monthly fees, and other fees) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Exceptional Cases

– In exceptional cases where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of the School Management, the process may take up to 60 working days from the date of approval.

– The School reserves the right to determine the amount and method of refund, if any.

3. Withdrawal of Student

Parents who intend to withdraw their child from the School must provide one (1) month’s written notice in advance.

4. Non-Attendance

– Fees remain payable in full if the child is absent due to vacation, travel, or other personal reasons. No refunds will be given.

– In the case of illness, the School may consider waiving fees only if supported with a valid medical certificate (MC) or hospital letter, subject to approval by the School Management.

5. School Closure or Disruption

In the event of temporary closure of the School due to circumstances beyond the School’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government directives), no refund or reduction of fees shall be made.
