Deeniyyah Intensive Programme
NimbleBee Deeniyyah Intensive Programme offer children from age 4 to 6 years old to learn Hafazan, Al-Quran, Jawi, Arabic and Fardhu Ain. The class is scheduled to run Monday to Friday daytime, with classes typically being held either in the early afternoon. The programme is taught in an environment at harmony with the norms of Islamic faith and practice.
The programme incorporates intensive modules in Arabic grammar & literature, along with modules dedicated to the language of the Quran & hadith, as well as spoken and written Arabic. Arabic Language class is based on the communicative approach to teach Arabic and develops the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in a balanced way as it is taught as a sacred language. Students will also learn to activate grammatical patterns and acquire a wide range of vocabulary which they can use to express their meanings accurately and appropriately in a limited range of situations.
The Al-Quran Programme will help the children learn how to recite the Quran as it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). It is essential to understand the sciences of the Quran and the practical usage of these verses in our day to day life. This programme will ensure that students recite their short surahs correctly and get them fluent in reading verses of the Quran with the correct pronunciation and basic stretches. In addition to this, Tajweed are also taught along with the Al-Quran recitation. Tajweed is the art of reciting the Qur’an correctly and beautifully. This is to also contribute to the proficiency of one’s pronunciation and phonetics. This programme is for young Muslims introducing basic rules of reading, and elementary training under the teacher.
In Islam, Fardhu Ain refers to obligatory acts that must be performed by each individual Muslim, including prayer, charity, fasting, and pilgrimage. It is a form of Individual obligation and is contrasted with communal obligation, ‘Fard Al-kifayah’. Aware of the fact that importance of understanding Fardhu Ain perfectly, NimbleBee Deeniyyah Intensive programme offers students the baseline understanding of what it means when we say “God” and all the basic Fiqh. A comprehensive set of modules in Jurisprudence (Fiqh) covering purification, prayer, fasting, zakat and Hajj are also part of the programme to enrich students further.
Jawi Intensive taught at our campus is designed for students motivated to learn Jawi in order to gain access to Islamic texts, future academic study or even for personal enrichment. The programme is continually adapted to students’ learning needs and so the pattern of learning activities varies from session to session.
